This album was entirely composed & recorded during the Covid-19 lockdown March - May 2020.

- Improv is a recorded improvisation, overdubbed by myself & Leif.

- Intercontinental is inspired by the relief i felt when finally having finished transcribing a piece from the soundtrack of the movie "interstellar“ for a student.

- Mühe is dedicated to the often exhausting but healthy, hard but fulfilling work of composing.

- Drückende Hitze got inspired by a hot spring day in march.

- Evening Vibe tries to express my personal evening vibe on 22nd of March.

- Folksong23 is inspired by Alasdair Roberts’ beautiful Corona Livestream from Cafe Oto London.

Thanks to everyone who took their time to overdub songs of this album & thanks to Johannes Jakobi for letting me use your harmonium!
